Business Development Manager / Trade Lane Manager

Excellent Business Development Manager / Trade Lane Manager job available with an international logistics and supply chain management service provider based in UAE. Reporting directly to Sales Divisional Director this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within the logistics / freight forwarding industry

Main Accountabilities:
• Exploring and converting new business opportunities through effective customer identification, segmentation, profiling and conversions thereby achieving increased market share and greater revenue generation.
• Maintaining business relationship & regular contact with all new & existing customers to identify growth opportunities, leveraging our core capabilities
• You will be accountable in one or more of these trade lanes Hong Kong / China to Dubai, Germany and Spain to Dubai or East and South Africa to Dubai.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Should have extensive experience selling freight forwarding products
• Should have current database of multinational customers contributing a significant chunk of the target.
• Should have at least 5-7 years of hardcore field sales experience with reputed companies in Dubai.
• Excellent command over English. Knowledge of Arabic desirable.
• Excellent MS office and written skills.
• Should have worked in RFQ’s of multinational companies and should have success stories also regarding the same.

Salary:
AED 18K to 23K AED P.M plus standard benefits plus an excellent incentive scheme through which the individual can earn up to 60 % of his annual salary as commissions. There is no ceiling also to the incentive scheme.
