Job Description
The main objective of role is to contribute effectively to company profitability, identifying, developing and servicing new business opportunities within core business areas.
Develop new business plan
Promotion manpower services including engineering, technical, and administration to the Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical and Construction Industries.
Negotiate the associated commercial terms and conditions with new clients
Maintain a record of sales and business development meetings
Maintain contact with Clients to ensure satisfaction with services
Provide support in practical matters such as manpower utilization
Ensure appropriate planning, systems, controls and reporting are in place to maintain performance levels and identify operational limitations.
Provide regular management reports and updates on business strategy to the Regional Director and other senior management as required.
Understand and comply with all Orion Group procedures, policies and working practices and help promote and maintain appropriate behaviors to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within the manpower industry and in the UAE/GCC countries. They will also have excellent communication and networking skills whilst demonstrating a good understanding of client requirements within the industries in which the Orion Group operates.
