The RoleThe RoleIdentifies, develops, and supports captures of new international business opportunities. 2. Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development marketing plan 3. Participates in the development of long term objectives. 4. Monitors external and internal environment for development of new international market segments. 5. Participates in the proposal process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing and client presentations. 6. Establishes and maintains on-going customer business relationships, including site visits and anticipating and resolving potential problems. Identifies and summarizes customer requirements and priorities. 7. Has extensive knowledge and is able to produce financial models, feasibility studies, and business plans. 8. Evaluates, reviews, and provides input regarding major marketing, distribution, and manufacturing proposals and their impact on the sales function. 9. Develops project plans, including defining roles, responsibilities, and the scope of work for each project. 10. Assist in the management and allocation of discretionary resources including Bid & Proposal (B&P). |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills - Computer Skills; Microsoft - At least 7 years of related job experience in the defense environment to obtain a functional level of knowledge in engineering, marketing, contract administration, finance, division product lines, technical capabilities, and customer base. - Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic. - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. - High level of communication skills to present, inform, and persuade high level internal and external customers of the company's understanding of customer needs and requirements, business development plans, strategies and actions. - A very substantial level of innovation to develop strategies to capture new international business and develop competitive advantage by generating new, moderately complex persuasive marketing approaches to ensure existing concepts remain sold to the customer and new concepts are accepted by the customer.
