Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
Preparation of Consultancy proposals and development of company’s business through identifications of key areas for business expansion and building relationship with new clients.
Job Duties:
• Looks for advertisements for consultancy tenders both locally and abroad.
• Makes an assessment about tender advertisement and recommends participation.
• In charge of complete preparation of consultancy proposals including full follow up, management, coordination, etc.
• Identifies opportunities for company’s participation in tenders.
• Researches and explores opportunities for business development
• Makes market analysis about consultancy requirements and recommends proposal for expansion or changes in organizational structure.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Attends exhibitions and events to explores new business opportunities.
• Prepares monthly progress reports about business development and ongoing consultancy proposals.
Requirements
-Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Other qualifications can be considered with suitable and appropriate experience required for the job.
-Minimum of 5 years in experiences of development of construction projects.
-Worked with Architectural and Engineering consultancy firms.
-Very good experience in areas of business development.
-Good experience in preparing of engineering/architectural consultancy proposals.
-Excellent in communication, presentation, report writing and general managerial skills.
-Marketing knowledge.
-Preferably has GCC driving license.
