Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

Our internationally recognised client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to complete tasks including but not limited to proposing sites for the opening of new stores, evaluating and proposing action plans to increase profitability and productivity and to guarantee the completion of projects within the time frame provided. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to guarantee the proper documentation for all lease agreements, stay informed about retail developments and about competitors activities and actions in order to identify new opportunities. Travel is also essential for this role.

Requirements

Strong command of English and Arabic
Must hold relevant qualifications e.g. Degree in Business Administration
Excellent negotiation skills
Superior presentation skills and oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Qatar and the development in Doha
Work experience in retail business development
A pro-active, driven and enthusiastic individual who works well in a team
Confidence and experience of dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
