NTS Group is currently working with a leading local group to recruit a Business Development Manager for the HQ based in Dubai.

Working as part of a team and reporting into the Business Development Director, this role will be responsible for the entire 360 degree consultative sales process for the group of companies and their various products. This role will also grow into a management position and look to have a team reporting into it over a period of time.

Product Knowledge

• Fully understand the group’s products and services
• Detail any training requirements clearly to senior management
• Understand the Services you are offering and the benefits to potential clients
• Understand the group structure and company role

Sales

• Sourcing leads and identifying new potential clients
• Research target companies using online and other resources
• Obtain client information for email campaigns and direct communication
• Contact business leads to obtain meetings through email and telephone
• Meet clients face to face to present the company’s products and services
• Following up with client whether email, telephone or face to face
• Develop ideas on new product offerings and methods of sale
• Identify new target markets and opportunities for the company
• Create proposals and conduct contract negotiation
• Close the sale as effectively as possible

Reporting & Management

• Achieve set KPI’s and revenue targets
• Present accurate and timely weekly reports or progress reports when requested
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, opportunities, proposals and revenue
• Report any issues clearly and in detail to direct report
• Train and mentor new employees as requested

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience of which 3 must be in a consultative selling role
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Arabic speaking is preferable but not essential
• Good use of business English
• Willing to work of part of a team as well as individually
• Must be able to adapt to change
• Must have own driving license and transport
