Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

Objective:
My client a leading cargo & logistics company with offices throughout the GCC region are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. The main objective of the role is to develop and secure revenue to achieve the financial targets of the company

Main responsibilities:
To be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business
- Develop new business relationships through, cold calling, networking, F2F meetings selling all modes of freight forwarding
- Grow and retain existing accounts br presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Strategic planning, market/ competitor analysis.

Reporting to: Sales Manager
Gross monthly base salary: upto 15K D.O.E
Commission / Bonus: bonus paid after hitting targets

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree

Nature and length of previous experience:
3-5 years Dubai experience working in Freight Forwarding

Specialist knowledge:
Selling into the Dubai market selling all modes of freight forwarding.

Language Fluency: English
Current Location: UAE
