Business Development Manager,
AED 15,000 per month,
Dubai, UAE

Our client, a global organization, is currently seeking a Western Educated Business Development Manager to expand their team within the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the right candidate will be responsible for growing sales in the Middle East.

As the Business Development Manager your main responsibilities will include;

Cold calling, networking and building a powerful pipeline of potential Clients.
Developing and executing sales proposals.
Making presentations to clients and closing sales.
Negotiate and confirm contracts with new Clients.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Work with existing team to achieve sales performance targets.
Manage accounts effectively and efficiently.

As the successful candidate you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to build long lasting relationships. This role will require you to handle multiple tasks/projects, it requires a driven and hunter with excellent contacts and the ability to negotiate and close deals. This is a quick changing, fast moving environment, you will need to be motivated, hungry, determinate and enthusiastic.

Requirements

Essential Prerequisites:

Degree educated with a minimum of five years in sales. Candidates must be able to provide evidence of previous successes.
Must currently reside in the UAE.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
Possess a valid UAE driving license and car.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Some international travel will be required for the position at hand you must be able to travel at short notice.
