Employment: Full Time

Leading Events & Exhibitions Company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
To ensure maximum delivery against personal sales targets
To raise and maintain brand profile with your personal accounts and grow their retention numbers as clients, the number of products they buy and their value to the business
To raise and maintain sales opportunity and media, event and brand profile in the market
To ensure constant and working relationships with your clients agencies
To deliver/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual target revenues.
To identify new revenue streams (event and non-event) to generate sustainable growth, year on year
Prepare sales plans for accounts as appropriate
To make the agreed number of visits and ensure regular contact with key clients in order to grow revenue and market share

Requirements

Consistent top sales performer and new business opener
Proven track record of exceeding ambitious targets
Face to Face sales experience
Cold calling
Experience of selling multi-platform solutions
Deep customer understanding
