Employment: Full Time

Our Client a multinational Media company with a regional office here in Dubai covering the GCC market are in the market looking for an expereinced BDM to join there team.

Salary 25,000 AED

Duties:
To ensure maximum delivery against sales targets utilising the entire portfolio of products available under the brand (print, digital, supplements, awards, clubs and events) through the management and growth of the existing accounts and customers together with the development of new business from the open market, retaining and growing business from the former, and creating business from the latter
To raise and maintain brand profile with these accounts and grow their retention numbers as clients, the number of products they buy and their value to the business
To work hand in hand with the other members of the sales force to ensure open and honest dialogue over customers who may have multiple buying points, shared sales contacts or be otherwise complicated
To raise and maintain sales opportunity and media, event and brand profile in the market, in order to be the media company of choice
To ensure constant and working relationships with your clients agencies and possible agencies where relevant
To deliver / exceed monthly, quarterly and annual target revenues.
To identify new revenue streams (event and non-event) to generate sustainable growth, year on year
Prepare sales plans for accounts as appropriate
To make the agreed number of visits and ensure regular contact with key clients in order to grow revenue and market share
Grow retention - Relationship Management.
Maintain regular contact (through both face-to-face visits and telephone contact) with your client list and build excellent working relationships in order to increase each brands share of their clients spend & YOY growth of all account spend.
Grow new business - Sales Performance.
Support the Manager to implement the operational sales plan, to deliver / exceed against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. To identify and assess new customers and product development to ensure sustainable growth in on and offline sales
Team Working - Work in partnership with the sales team to ensure that ALL revenue targets are reached and exceeded where possible
