Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international software development organisation who are currently in a start-up phase in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their business to help build and grow their Middle East operations.

You will be primarily responsible for prospecting new clients by networking, cold calling and advertising. You will also be involved in company branding and Go-To-Market strategy. Additionally you will grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in a business related field. You should also have at least 6 years total experience, of which, 3 years should be as a Business Development Manager in the UAE. It is essential you are an expert in solution and software sales as well as have the ability to learn new technologies. In addition you should be a market leader in your field and be comfortable working in a start-up environment. Excellent English communication skills are crucial for this role.
