Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Demonstrate a good track in developing a relevant and credible client base
- Generate quality leads that result in sales
- Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
- Make presentations to clients
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understanding the demands and expectations of this niche group of potential buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants
- Demonstrate the skills and personal traits required to succeed in evolving market conditions
- You will be proactive and be willing to develop and deliver an effective field-based sales plan
- Manage day to day operations
- Local and regional Market research

Requirements

- Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experienced within a sales role in Dubai
- Educated within a Western University Environment
- Local knowledge of the markets and its players is essential.
- Be dedicated, hardworking, and confident.
- Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have 1st class customer service ability.
- Be willing to learn and progress.
- Be self-motivated, money-driven, and target-oriented.
Have a valid driving license and car
