Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a fit-out company which specialises in full turnkey solutions and FF&E. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support and assist their expansion plans.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for increasing sales and acquiring new clients / projects for the business. You will also grow the Sales Department, recruiting additional members of staff to increase profitability in line with the SME company vision.
Requirements
In addition, you will manage an existing customer base by following and converting leads, as well as cross-selling products throughout the business.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience in fit-out sales within the construction industry. You should be business-oriented and well connected in this sector.
