Business Development Manager

- Responsible for business development in the UAE market.
- Executing regional and country Go-To-Market strategy.
- Identifying new opportunities within the region and qualifying prospects.
- Assessment of locations to report on quality, budget, build ability and financial considerations to convert them into projects.

Requirements

- 10 years experience in joinery and fit-out within UAE
- Proven business development history
- Site acquisition, property development and design experience
- Retail/Commercial property development knowledge
- Budgeting and proposal writing experience
