The RoleThe RoleMy client, a leading human capital consultancy, is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow their business within the region. The ideal candidate must have exposure within the Big4 and be able to hit the ground running. Experience in human capital consulting is a must and a minimum of at least 2 years in a similar role. |
RequirementsRequirementsBe in possession of a Human Resources Degree or equivalent. Have at least 5 years HR generalist experience. Have experience in human capital/management consulting Ability to seek out opportunities Be innovative and energetic Be a self-starter Able to work with minimal supervision Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidates with Western education background would be an advantage.
