A leading international law firm with several offices in the Middle East, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for it's Business Development team of 3, based in the Dubai office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development for a range of sector and market-groups as part of a regional business development team and as part of a wider international business development team.

You will be proactively improving systems to enable the regional business to carry out business development activity in the most streamlined and efficient way, as well as identifying ongoing improvements in quality, development and delivery of pitch & RFP processes and resources across the Business Development team.

The wider aspects of the role include the development of key client plans, engaging with key markets, clients, industry sectors and services and driving the legal directory submission process. The successful BDM will possess a good understanding of BD and marketing within a professional services capacity.
