The RoleThe Role• Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions in industrial and product designs as well as the Company’s creativity services. • Overall i. Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan. ii. Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs. iii. Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives. iv. Develop and implement strategies for new products and services. v. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. vi. Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies. • Account Management i. Increase the company’s involvement with existing client ii. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports. iii. Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects iv. Develop and manage client communication tools such as the corporate website v. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services. vi. Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts. • Business Development and Marketing i. Build referral and lead generation network ii. Develop the corporate brand strategy iii. Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients iv. Implement Business models so as to create new ventures v. Forecast long and short-range market potential in the Middle East for Management’s analysis vi. Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes • Knowledge in Product Development • Excellent negotiation skills • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills • High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers • Basic computer skills –Ms Office(Excel, Word, Outlook). • Strong Knowledge of leading CRM/ERP is an added advantage. • Travel is essential for this position |
RequirementsRequirementsa. Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent. b. Experience : At least 6 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry c. Nationality : No Preference d. Language : English + Arabic e. Reporting Relationships: General Manager |
