The Role


Fully Responsible for Building and Managing the Business development Department and be fully responsible for creating new Business to the Organization to ensure continual growth and expansion.
1- To Build and manage the business Development Department.

2- Select the best suitable candidates who will be working as a team to ensure Organization Growth and expansion.

3- Setting up long terms Goals as well as short terms Objectives.
With creating a Business strategy, Business Plan for long term planning.

4- Building a strong relationship with the existing clients to ensure continual satisfaction.

5- Developing and Preparing of Feasibility studies, preparation of Business report on regular basis to be submitted to the upper Management.

6- Ability to nalyze the Market and evaluate statistics and demonstrate KRH Market share.

7- Being creative in creating new strategies for conducting the business and approaching New clients away from the traditional way by discovering and approaching new sectors.

8- Preparing a list of the main competitors with listing and evaluating their services and maintaining a regular comparison activity sheet.

9- Be always up to date by maintaining continual research tactic, and be always aware of any new business, market studies and announcements through (News Papers, Media, studies and surveys).

10- To update the Upper Management regarding any new Business findings.

11- Ability to study and analyze Clients requirements and RFP with in depth planning.

12- Fully responsible for developing and preparing proposal, action plans and strategies.

13- Ability to understand all the legal and contractual agreement and ability to negotiate the terms with the client.

Requirements


Requirements


- Bachelo's Degree in Business Administration from a reputable University.
- Excellent Communication skills and Fluency in Both Arabic and English.
- Full knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Processing good presentation preparation skills (Developing and Delivering).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Has to have an attractive, appealing personality with charisma.
