Job description / Role
To develop the business for a leading ready mix and concrete business and increase the turnover by acquiring a bigger market share by dealing and interacting with leading consultants, contractors, and clients to increase projects and maximise the factories operational capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Deal with all the quotation enquiries and process quotations in a professional way.
• Meet with customers / clients / consultants to build relations and extract more jobs from the markets.
• Arrange business presentations and discussions to promote the companies products and business.
• Coordinate with all departments to interact with projects and work procedures and advice techniques to reduce production cost and increase profit margin and market share.
• Arrange and attend contracts negotiations.
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Promote and create ideas for new products.
• Follow up with payments and defaulted payments and get it on time by diplomatic dealing.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
List number of staff positions by job title that will be directly supervised

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• MBA (Business, Marketing) is preferred
• Experience
5-10 years with minimum 5 years in Precast Industry and Marketing/Sales
• Education/licensing Marketing/ Sales presentations
• Essential skills
• Fluent with good accent in English and Arabic
• Specific with good command on the subject of discussion.
• Good knowledge in Precast Construction and Industry.
• Good knowledge in conventional construction methods.
• Good knowledge about market, latest projects trends.
• Good knowledge of MS office, presentation skills
• Computer graphics knowledge (Auto-CAD)
