Job description / Role
- To identify and develop relationship with new clients, achieve new business revenue targets, attract new businesses, develop customer loyalty and ensure branding of the company.
- To prepare the Strategic Business Development Plan with specific business targets for construction projects and prepare the annual Work Plan.
-To survey the market for identifying and analyzing construction projects needs of clients and maximizing the opportunities of getting projects especially health care and educational.
- To forecast long and short range market potential for Managements analysis.
- To develop and implement strategies for achieving the business targets in terms of getting construction projects as per Business Development Plan.
- To develop and strengthen coordination and liaison with potential clients in the market and attracting for construction projects.
Requirements
University Qualifications:
- PMP, Engineering Degree
Other certifications obtained:
- MBA
Nature and length of previous experience:
- 12-15 years in comparable role.
Specialist knowledge: Engineering
Language Fluency: Arabic - English
Current Location: Riyadh, UAE, Anywhere.
