Job description / Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for setting up and effectively manage in Saudi Arabia. He/ She will gather market intelligence and develop a Business Model and Operating Strategy for the KSA market including Sales Plan per product and territory. The BDM will identify and follow-up on business leads and grow the product sales in KSA.
This is a new position created to expand the business into KSA and tap into the growing Building and Infrastructure market there.
Requirements
• Strong sales and strategic development skills
• Proven record in relationship building & team management
• Driven and focused individual, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Technical knowledge about plastic piping systems and standards in KSA.
Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry in KSA preferably with large manufacturers or distributors of piping systems.
Must demonstrate proven strong relationships with projects managers, consultants, contractors, architects and interior designers and MEP Managers
Education and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Engineering).
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
