Employment: Full Time

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have sales growth and P&L responsibility for the Middle East region. The BDM is expected to provide leadership in the sales effort, identifying existing and future customer needs, and providing input into company’s product development process and existing products. The BDM will also help establish and maintain communication with Clients, Partners and System Integrators to develop these markets in line with company strategy throughout the Middle East countries. A strong knowledge of the client base and of relevant IT Security operations and specialized marketing practices is essential to be able to formulate plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote company specialty IT security Consultancy Services.
• Take the lead role (Client Account Management) in the development of business opportunities throughout the region with operators and service companies.
• Define with the Management Team, and the business development team, tactical, technical and commercial forward plans and strategy.
• Liaise closely with the Technology & the Management, regarding challenges/requirements where technical support or further development of our products is required.
• Establish and nurture relationships with the appropriate development and engineering staff employed by Vendors and Service Companies, offering products and services where appropriate.
• Work with IT companies headquartered in the region of responsibility to promote company products in their worldwide operations.
• Develop and grow market share by targeting key projects, decision makers and senior engineering staff. Convert through technical and commercial work to purchase orders.
• Contribute to the preparation of the commercial content of documents relating to pre-qualifications, quotations and tenders. This will be carried out in conjunction with others as required.
• Monitor and report on competitor and operator activity where relevant.
• Compile business development reports on an ‘as-required’ basis to Management
• Gather information for, and contribute to, the processes of business planning and complying with the annual budget.
• Assists in ensuring marketing literature/presentations are up to date and accurate.
• As required, contribute to various industry marketing & technical events and travel to client premises, conferences, etc. to participate in presentations and discussions.
• Willing to travel GCC countries to visit to meet Networking Carriers and ISPs.

• A 3-5 Year degree is required but a combination of training and experience will be considered as well.
• Minimum 5 years Sales and marketing experience in IT industry, with a strong knowledge of the client base in the region.
• Good understanding of IT security & the market when it comes to Enterprise Security.
• Good Understanding of Microsoft product and services
• Familiar with computer applications, products and the regional industry
• Good Understanding of SIEM Solution, Security Operation Center (SOC),
• Security Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Juniper, etc will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Mobility Solution from Citrix, Microsoft Enterprise Product solutions, VMware Technology will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in Business Development/Technical Sales for an IT or System Services provider will be a distinct advantage.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

Travel: 25% to 35%
Language: Fluent in English, Arabic will be an added advantage.
Driving license: Mandatory
Education: B.SC or higher from a recognized University
Compensation: - Attractive salary and bonus based on qualification and experience
