Ably Resources Specialist Fit Out Division are working in partnership with a unique and vibrant turn key Interiors design company, that specialise in fit-out works, joinery manufacturing and project management. The company is a family owned business that after nearly 3 decades has become renowned for their professional service and high quality products. Due to their success they are in the market to expand their sales team with a talented business development manager to open new accounts for large scale interior design projects through out the UAE.

As a business development manager you must be able to proactively develop new business with key contacts in the industry to secure deals for the full product range of premium and non-premium interior design tiles and luxury bathroom fittings. To proactively gain new business you will be required to generate B2B leads, to arrange meetings for you to present your product range to the decision maker and consultatively develop a solution to meet their needs and budget.

This role will be completely autonomous and while you will have full support from the General Manager, you will be expected to be able to hit the ground running managing your own time, diary and portfolio of existing and potential clients.

You must have a proven track record in B2B sales with demonstrated skills of meeting and achieving revenue targets. As the company is a Dubai run business, they are looking for a UAE Located candidate who will enjoy having an impact on a small team environment with a non-strict hierarchy.
