Job description / Role

Business Development Manager (Supermec, Middle East)

1. Marketing and new business development support for sales groups in UAE / KSA. This includes detailed market research on our competitors, pricing, target OEMs, strengths and weakness of our products for the Middle East market and all other marketing information required for business development.
2. Application for Approved Vendor List for ADNOC / Armco groups
3. Provide timely and accurate reports on business opportunities and customer activities
4. Develop pricing models and policies for assigned products and services
5. Marketing communication support for the business operations in UAE / KSA.
6. Be able to implement strategic marketing plans and successfully bring target projects to closure
7. Business administrative support, in terms of ensuring proper sales and marketing administrative procedures are followed according to companys policies
8. Generate accurate documentation for fulfilling sales orders
9. Develop product training, configuration and sales aids, as well as service and maintenance plans
10. Work alongside with overseas Sales and Product Managers to achieve annual sales plan
11. Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
12. Support customers enquiries, RFQ and delivery lead time and develop effective after sales support strategies
13. Handle customers complaints on quality, rejected parts and late/non-delivery

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (minimum)
2. Good knowledge and experience in the marketing and new business development of products to industrial markets
3. At least 5 years of (Electrical) industrial sales experience in explosion proof products, minimum 3 years as a marketing manager
4. Willing to travel
5. Experience in explosion proof products, expeditor and QA/QC functions
6. Must possess good English language skills, both spoken and written
7. Good Hindi / Arabic language both written /spoken skills is preferred.
8. Good interaction skills and excellent multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
9. MS Office literacy is a must. Able to do presentation and reports.
10. UAE Driving License with car is preferable.
