Employment: Full Time

As BDM you will be responsible for building your own client base through cold calling, meetings, events and marketing qualified leads provided by DB’s marketing team. You will also have a focus on direct new business and building up your own partner network to sell DB’s services. You will be responsible for closing deals, managing the technical pre-sales resources to support the deal, and negotiation of the contract. Sales target of 24K recurring monthly revenue within the first 12-18 month of employment.

To excel in this role you will need to show a total commitment to the client and their employees; there is huge emphasis on team dynamics and it is essential that you become an integral part of the company. In order to do this you must display a mature approach to business and the commitment to succeed in this challenging but exciting environment. The scope for personal achievement in this role is unlimited as long as you show a determined and mature attitude.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 Years IT Sales experience
• Interested in bleeding IT desirable
• Good commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at high level
• Ability to find opportunities and hit sales targets
• Will comply with all clients policies and processes relating to information security and quality management
• Will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all clients own, clients', staff, and suppliers', information assets

Salary 30k pounds sterling.
