An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to work closely with partners and business heads within the Abu Dhabi office of a local law firm.
The Business Development Manager will be working in a standalone capacity and therefore needs to have the gravitas to develop rapport and coach the partners and business heads. The main objectives of this role will be to raise the profile of the firm within the Abu Dhabi jurisdiction as the market has become very saturated with local and international firms, making it a very competitive one. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for all pitches and proposals and be commercial in their approach. The firm is very committed to finding the right candidate who will be able to increase market share and the number of new clients.
As well as being accountable for the firm wins, the Business Development Manager will be able to grow the Business Development and Marketing fucntion over time. The ideal candidate will be committed to re-locating to Abu Dhabi and have a solid background in professional services marketing and business development.
