Business Development Officer

Job description / Role

- Develop cooperative relationships with IELTS Test Administrators and referral partners in the designated region.
- Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts in consultation with the Country Manager / IELTS Regional Manager.
- Provide regular management and financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with Regional Marketing team and IELTS Central Operations to ensure all test centres related information stated on/offline mediums and systems are updated on proactive basis
- Manage the execution of any commercial project in consultation with Country Manager / IELTS Regional Manager.
- Plan all aspects of IELTS Referral Partner in the designated region.
- Provide regular sales management / information reports about referral partners. Statistical analysis of referral networks to monitor and identify candidate trends.
- Continually monitor IELTS competitor local offer within designated region and keep test centre management abreast of these market changes to ensure IDP referral partner offer meet current demand.

Requirements

- Client management in UAE education sector with at least two years hands-on sales and marketing role
- Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute multiple tasks within set objectives in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively across various cultures and levels
- Self starter with plenty of drive
- Willing to travel with a UAE driving license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Interest in / experience of international education and / or testing services
- Arabic speaking
