Sales Development: - Identify, build and develop client business relationships in a competitive environment - Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment providing relevant - Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry and what they do - Contact potential clients either for HR or Recruitment activity - Make initial calls and set up meetings for the Director - Market and promote Reform Consultancy for all areas Recruitment Manager function: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organisation - Supervise, mentor and coach staff - Undertake all administrative arrangements in relation to Recruitment, Selection and Assessment process - Be the first point of all employee day-to-day queries and escalate matters where no solution can be sought - Carry out role and responsibility in accordance with company procedures and upholding company values - Carry out all tasks and duties in a positive and professional manner, and maintain confidentiality at all times - Illustrate an interest in, and commitment to, HR best practice. To seek to develop personal understanding of HR and Recruitment issues and take an interest in their arising and application |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum 5 years Recruitment Sales and Business Development experience 3-5 years in the UAE - Good analytical skills - Abundance of common sense and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude - Must be able to work on own initiative, with minimal management instruction or interaction - Clear English oral and written communication – attention to detail - Integrity, and an ability to deal with and recognise confidential and sensitive information as well as work in a professional and customer friendly manner Competencies Required: • Able to develop positive & productive working relationships with colleagues • Able to challenge status quo – innovative thinker. Takes ownership of own personal/professional development. • Personal organisation & time management • Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with internal and external customers • Understands importance of and proactive in building customer relationships •Demonstrates analytical, creative & proactive thinking Record of achievements along with presentations will be required from all first-round selected candidates Basic salary + commission + incentives offered |
