Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking to fill multiple positions. Though we have core competencies required for each post, we are a result oriented organization and seek to maximize the skills and capabilities of our staff by tailoring their roles to meet their development and growth needs and capitalize on their existing skills and abilities.

The core competencies we need to fill are:

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and deploy an effective sales strategy
- Build a sales department
- Ability to build sales plans and work towards achieving and exceeding targets
- Developing revenue generating concepts
- Developing business verticals with clear targets and ROI
- Manage the coordination and distribution of client event proposals
- Provide high quality event proposals and event solutions for clients
- Coordinate with the operations department to ensure successful events
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Stay abreast of new technology developments as they pertain to the industry
- Look for new revenue opportunities and sales channels

Client Servicing:
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their events requirements and marketing strategies
- Understand the client requirements, and translate them into detailed briefs to be discussed with the other departments
- Be articulate, and have healthy debates with the creative teams on the best event solutions and creative direction for any given event/client
- Work with the design and production team to devise an event proposal that meets the client's brief and budget while creating the most impactful experience
- Present the proposed plan and budget to the client and up-sell if budget seems too limited for their specified objectives
- Present creative concepts and ideas to the client displaying maximum creativity within their brand guidelines
- Maintain, expand and strengthen our relationship with the client and be recognized as a valued extended member of their team
- Be responsible for the entire implementation of the event / campaign
- Ensure seamless execution of the campaign, and deliver post campaign reports to the client
- Monitor the effectiveness of certain strategies and make necessary amendments/suggestions for future events
- Arrange and attend client meetings
- Work with the finance department to ensure successful reconciliation of all client accounts
- Lead and manage new business development (identifying prospective clients and spearheading the pitch process internally)
- Take on overall responsibility of the day-to-day management of the Client Servicing needs

Requirements

- Entrepreneurial spirit
- MS Office and PC skills
- UAE Experience
- UAE Driving license is an advantage
