Our client, one of UAE's leading commercial design and build, refurbishment and fit out firms have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join their successful team in Dubai.

Purpose of the Role:
Business Development/Sales Manager
Demands strong organizational skills. This role is responsible in developing, expanding, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contracting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Managing key client accounts through Design and Fit out phases until project completion.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integrating of new venture, strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
- Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Perform other duties or tasks as directed by Senior Management
Internal Relationships: Sales/Project Team
External Relationships: Clients and Sub-Contractors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years UAE market experience in Design/Fit-out sector
- University Degree in Marketing/Design related field or equivalent
Skills
- Must be confident in excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Have an architectural and technical background
- Maintain current drivers license
- Flexible & Adaptable and able to work effectively with multi-cultural workforce
- Adequate in Computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
