Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Have extensive knowledge of the Heavy Haul railway industry
- Able to develop account plans for existing customers and execute objectives quickly and clearly Ensure that the safe
- Develop and attract new customers for the network.
- Be able to report weekly performance to senior Management of specific accounts and opportunities. Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis. At all times this individual should understand the 'health' of the business that they manage.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time.
- Identify and develop relationships with prospect clients across KSA and Middle East, to sell the benefits of rail as the preferred transport option.
- Effectively develop professional networks (on and off line) to improve awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain appropriate data bases and ensure systems are kept up to date with all sales and business related matters
- Ability to develop feasibility and market study reports

Requirements

- A degree, preferably in finance, marketing and business management is essential
- Strong sales management skills with thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve Objectives
- Travel will be a factor of this role and the candidate must be prepared to travel both within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- 2-3 years experience of having achieved sales increases in a similar environment
