Job description / Role
* To acquire new high quality customer accounts and achieve associated revenue targets within a designated target market.
* To achieve and execute the sales target, monthly/quarterly/annual sales with high quality and revenue
* Target to be achieved through new customer acquisitions only and from defined customer segment (SME/Corporate) and geographical area.
* Performing the required number of daily new customer and follow up visits and sales telephone calls
* Deliver high quality initial presentations, proposals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
* Have in depth knowledge of Zain's product and services portfolio and differentiation versus competition and respond to sales objections.
* Prepare daily visits and calls report as well as sales pipeline for review with Regional Manager.
* Daily attendance, punctuality, behaviour and appearance.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Diploma degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any related.
* Minimum three years' experience in sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
* Preferably have experience of working in the defined region and possess an existing customer base/contact list.
* Consultative sales focused on new acquisitions
* Sales planning and forecasting
* Communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
* Understanding of P&L and commercially aware
* Negotiation
* Team player
* Organisation and time management
* Drive and attitude
* IT skills - Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Fluent Arabic speaker is necessary and English is preferable
