Business Development and Marketing Team Administrator - Dubai

An established law firm is seeking a BD and Marketing Team administrator to join their team in the Dubai office. The team covers a range of BD, Marketing and Client Relationship management responsibilities across four offices in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and BD, the successful candidate must have a strong attention detail, be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and must possess excellent IT skills.

This role will suit an experienced administrator who is currently working within a law firm /professional services environment that is looking to make the move in to marketing & business development.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for updating the marketing database.
* Responsible for liaising with creative services to ensure brochures and other collateral are updated.
* Provide support to the team in connection with the Middle East CRM program.
* Proactively gather marketing knowledge and input into various databases.
* Prepare and circulate weekly BD update.
* Assist with the preparation of proposal documents i.e. managing to proofing cycle and formatting.
* Organise meetings, assist with the organisation of events and support the team with other administrative tasks.

Requirements

* Must have experience working within the legal, professional services, engineering and/or consultancy sector.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Must have the ability to interact with senior colleagues and partners.
* High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Must be able to build relationships at all levels and take a flexible approach to work and timelines.
