Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

FUNCTIONS:
1. Leads the Sales Team in identifying business prospects and generate leads.
2. Qualify prospects / leads to determine their viability.
3. Qualify prospects / leads to determine their specific needs and wants.
4. Promote Furnicon in its target market.
5. Serve clients and close profitable sales.
6. Manage customer / specifier relationship.
7. Management and follow up with specific clients for payments & receivables.
8. Implement sales strategies and procedures as set by General Manager.
9. Logistics Management including documentation, shipment, receipt, delivery and installation in accordance with company policy and internationally accepted practices for specific clients.
10. After sales support and handling client complaints in a professional matter.
11. Actively participate in the improvement and implementation of QE standards.
12.Follow-up with clients or prospects on tenders / enquiries / leads / projects.
13. Preparation of pre-qualification documents, presentations material and other sales department documentation.

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree holder, with minimum of 5 years sales experience in Furniture Industry in UAE. Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Sales strong support.
