• Demonstrate a good track in developing a relevant and credible client base
• Generate quality leads that result in sales
• Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
• Make presentations to clients
• Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
• Work with team to achieve sales performance targets
• Understanding the demands and expectations of this niche group of potential buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants
• Demonstrate the skills and personal traits required to succeed in evolving market conditions
• You will be proactive and be willing to develop and deliver an effective field-based sales plan
• Manage day to day operations
• Local and regional Market research

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experienced within sales in High End Real Estate Developments
• Educated within a Western University Environment with sales and business background
• Local knowledge of the markets and its players is essential
