Job Summary: This position conducts marketing strategies in support of business decisions relating to the clientele network development and operating efforts of the Company.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop analytical business models by using creative problem solving skills and mathematical and/or statistical modeling techniques; prepare both quantitative and qualitative reports and be prepared to present the reports when required to do so.
* Prepare various studies, such as Market Analysis per each country to identify and determine optimal prices and rate structures, identify projected demand level and growth rates for the construction and infrastructures industry, identify the profitability and competitiveness of existing and new services, identify the financial impact of industry changes, and conduct analysis of business initiatives that support the goals and objectives of the company.
* Prepare cost analysis and plan for suitable delegation team members to be sent to countries in the MENA region for the market access. Identify the business opportunities in each country and prepare feasibility studies to develop the market network.
* Study and be updated for the information on the factors affecting the Economical situation of each country for assessment of the company's business interests. Monitor and prepare the trends analysis of the construction and infrastructures industry in each country and be able to explain what the factor is, causing such trend.
* Complete special projects at the direction of the GM - Business Development that support corporate development of business opportunities, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.
Requirements
Qualification job requirement
- At least 10-15 years of successful business development experience in the several of Samsung C&T in MENA core markets.
- Master's degree in Marketing / Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Civil/Mech /Elect) or related field is required and a masters degree is desirable
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- This role will be required to perform some national and international travel.

* Knowledge of:
- Across the MENA Region status of Construction and Infrastructures Industry
- Company policies, procedures, products and services.
- Corporate finance and microeconomic theory.
* Skill to:
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Presentation of the reports and studies
- write original material, edit, proofread and finalize written material.
- gather and report numerical data and produce statistical reports.
- operate various office equipment such as a computer, copy machine, fax machine and multiline telephone.
* Ability to:
- work independently and plan accomplishment of tasks
- think analytically, be a problem solver and apply those skills in constructing models, collecting data to populate the models and produce model results.
- communicate effectively, both in writing and in speaking, with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- report results of analysis both written and as part of public presentations.
