Business Head - Generators

This opportunity is with a large Trading Company based in the Saudi Arabia.

You would be responsible for the sales and operations for the power generation business. Develop the Power business through customer and field interface. Expand the business across the region in KSA and rest of the GCC region. Direct responsibility for technical and commercial project evaluation and estimation. This role involves strategic and highly analytical decision making, develop a business plan, budgets and maximize sales and profits. Drive revenue by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue. Direct, manage and lead the communication and the operational procedures between staff, managers, supervisors and technicians. Plan and execute staff development and develop long term diversification strategies.

Requirements

- 10 + years of senior management with experience within Electrical Engineering/ Business /Heavy Equipment or Commercial Vehicles industries. Must be holding an extensive network within the GCC, with a background knowledge of diesel generators, switch gears, transformers, power distribution panels or auxiliary equipments would be preferred.
- Experienced in self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
- Leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance. Experienced in previous P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
