The RoleThe RoleOur client, a large retail group, is looking for a Business Head for their operations in Iraq. The job holder will be responsible for setting up & driving the retail operations so as to ensure maximum sales , maximum profitability,optimum stocking, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth. The job holder is also responsible for coaching the team and driving continuous improvements. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeal candidate must have at least 5-7 years of leading the business in a fashion retail background. Strong leadership qualities coupled with solid business knowledge is a pre-requisite for the role. |
