Job description / Role
- Responsible for building business intelligence infrastructure and services with necessary supporting systems, tools, and analysis.
- Provide oversight and management of all operational data availability and processing
- Responsible for performing analysis of historical data trends and drivers and will play a leading role in developing a framework to forecast future trends.
- Create and maintain consistency in reporting across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics, or other related discipline
- Proven skills in mining and analysing data to provide valuable insights to management and operations
- 3+ years of related experience including experience using statistics or other mathematical tools to answer business research/analysis questions.
- Experience with operations analysis and business forecasting is required.
- Data mining tools and/or programming experience.
- Crystal Reports and supporting tools is required
- Must have prior experience in using a trouble ticketing system
