The RoleThe RoleBusiness Intelligence Officer, Kuwait Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Business Intelligence Officer to join its expanding team in Kuwait. The incumbent has to assist users with streamlining and structuring their information requirements to automate their reporting processes and offer them optimal solutions. Responsibilities: • Liaise with the IT division in order to ensure user requirements are met on time. • Ensure that all user reports are generated accurately to aid correct decision making. • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide management with accurate information. • Train users on the Business Intelligence software tools and promptly resolve user queries. • Maintain the integrity of databases and ensure that they are updated for new products and services. |
