Business Intelligence Solution Consultant

Job description / Role

The BI Solution Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end support and delivery of all SAP BI activities including but not limited to:

• SAP Business Objects Enterprise architecture, installation, configuration and administration

• Universe semantic layer design and development

• Desktop Intelligence / Full client reporting

• Web Intelligence reporting, developments in Crystal Reports, Dashboard Manager / Performance Manager metrics, Xcelcius dashboard, etc.

• OLAP cube design and OLAP Intelligence analytic report design

• Data Integrator workflow package development

• SAP Business Objects Enterprise SDK application development including portal integration

• The BI Solution Consultant will play a pro-active role in translating user requirements into BI Solutions

• Will be pivotal in maintaining and optimisinf the overall BI landscape

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with SAP BI (BW and BO)

• Experience with FMCG/ Food and Beverages/ Manufacturing

• Good Communicator and able to able to align with business and end users

• Good understanding and appreciation of IT processes and procedures

• Background in support as well as project roles

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
