Business Management Lecturers - United Arab Emirates

Minimum 27,000 TAX FREE + housing & relocation allowance, schooling (up to 3 children), visa, flights, medical cover

We are working with this leading Higher Education institute in the UAE, with over 17 mens and womens campuses across all Emirates, offering academic programmes across a number of subjects.

They have an immediate need for highly experienced lecturers to provide instruction in general Business subjects in least 2 or more specific areas:
- Accounting
- Finance and Banking
- Human Resource Management
- International Business Management
- Quality and Strategic Management
- Tourism and Events Management
- Supply Chain Management

All teaching is conducted in English and are full time positions offering a 3 year contract.

All full time faculty are required to work 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week, excluding the lunch break.

The hours of work for academic employees are based on the teaching schedule. Generally, the workload for faculty is 20 contact hours per week, averaged over an academic year.

Requirements

- Masters Degree in a related subject with industry experience.
- 3 years related teaching experience to adults and 3 years significant industry experience is essential.
- Experience in developing course curriculum
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to facilitate small and large groups and work across programme delivery teams
- Ability to deliver an adult focused and responsive service
- Membership of relevant professional organisations is preferred
