Looking after several restaurants across multiple geographies means you will be travelling for a significant amount of time but this is essential as were looking for a hands-on leader who can drive a business forward from the front.

Requirements

If you are a high performing, high calibre food retail or restaurant area/ country manager who has significant experience within complex full service/ full kitchen environments this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
We require someone who is able to take a well established, award winning premium level branded restaurant to greater success. Whilst it would be advantageous if you have Asian dining experience, it is not essential so long as you hold experience with complex menus, service, advertising etc.
You will have held P&L responsibility for much of your career and have the ability to effectively create and design a full brand strategy which will include penetration into new geographies, marketing & advertising, menu redevelopment, payment options, customer service and much more.
