From Scaffolding to Elevators and Security Systems to Air-conditioning, Sanitary ware and Facilities Management, the Al-Futtaim name spells quality & reliability.The Business Manager will be responsible for winning, overseeing execution and ensure the profitability of BMS and Life Safety Solution business in UAE.
Key Accountabilities:
* Providing leadership and vision to the business by assisting senior management and staff with development of business strategy and its execution.
* Developing a sustainable growth of the business through business development attaining projects in UAE.
* Preparing,implementing and achieve budgeted Sales, Gross Margin and Net Profit targets to ensure profitability and growth of the business across UAE.
* Managing complete overall P&L of the business.
* Implementing and for casting annual as well as 5 year business plan.
* Ensuring continuous update of the methodology, best practices, processes, norms applicable as per Quality standards.
* Ensuring the availability of manpower with right skills within the business.
* Establishing and maintaining contact with existing and potential clients to maximise the opportunities for new business.
* Monitoring Employee Evaluations, training and rewards as per company policy.
* Ensuring legal and policy adherence by the SBU.
Requirements
To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering with additional qualifications in Marketing / MBA.
* 10 Plus years of experience in Business Management & Sales.
* 5 Plus years in Sales management or Business Management of Building Management System in UAE.
* Must have experience on profit center management, commercial abilities and understanding of financial issues.
* Must have experience into P&L and balance sheet.
* Must have strong leadership experience.
* Must have Effective People Management skills.
