Business Manager

Vastly popular Asian food brand is seeking a Business Manager to oversee their Middle Eastern operations. This role will involve extensive travel across the GCC and will provide the right candidate significant exposure to an exciting and in demand food retail brand.

Over the last few years we have built an excellent relationship with our partner who is rapidly becoming known as a major player within their sector. This brand in particular has come from a significant demand from the Asian community across the Middle East and the aspirations and expectations are very high. The brand has already secured locations within a number of GCC countries and will continue this investment as they seek to be known as the business of choice for retail professionals across the region.

Based in the tax free city of Dubai within the rapidly developing United Arab Emirates, the overall objective for this role is to develop and implement the brand strategy for delivering the targeted results for operational excellence, restaurant profitability, restaurant development schedule, company ROI levels and people capability plans.

Requirements

This role requires an exceptional retail professional who has held responsibility over multiple sites and ideally across multiple locations. You will be a highly developed leader and builder of strong relationships and must have the ability to influence strategic development across multiple locations. We are only seeking high level professionals who hold a minimum of 8 years experience within the QSR, Casual Dining, Fast Casual and/or Restaurant industry.
You must have full P&L management responsibility as well as demonstrate your ability to operate at a senior level across a multi region based business.
