The RoleThe Role· Responsible for the growth and development of new client relationships strategically, financially and operationally. · Responsible for all proposals · Formation of joint ventures & associations · Preparation & implementation of business strategy · Oversee client satisfaction process for all assigned clients and take corrective action when weaknesses are identified. · Demonstrate Strategic Leadership in working with the Client Service Team to develop new business opportunities, innovate processes and bring new ideas. · Business Communications & Presentations. · Support company business plan and key initiatives assigned. · Responsible to achieve all business targets |
RequirementsRequirements· Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent. · Must have at least 6-8 years of experience driving business development · Must have worked for a Infrastructure Company or for a Consulting Firm as a Business Development Manager · Preferably a Civil Engineer · Should be willing to travel /relocate |
