Business Manager

Job description / Role

One of the leading FMCG businesses in the Middle East is currently looking to hire a Business Manager to be based in Kuwait, Kuwait.

As the Business Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the business by assisting senior management in formulation of the annual budget, business strategy and business plan
- Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and by defining market
- Oversee and lead the activities of the business unit employees in line with the overall company goals and growth strategy.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Management or Administration- MBA degree is preferred
- 10 years of sales experience within the FMCG / retail industry
- Solid track record in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
