The Role


The Role


• Main responsible of the coaching, motivation, skills & competences upgrading of his team of direct reports, and the Unit‘¦s staff in general
• Conducts regular management & staff meetings, to consolidate business plans implementation and to share knowledge and best practices
• Sets objectives and clear assignments to his direct report and controls team objectives setting and attainment.
• Monitors, reviews and recommends on changes of structure, headcount and personnel within the unit
• Decides on the recruitment of personnel as needed in his unit.
• Conducts yearly and semi yearly performance appraisal to direct reports.
• Has the responsibility of the P&L in his unit. Is the main accountable for the maximization of profits and revenue through wise working capital management at his unit
• Interpretation of Management reports and issuing actions and follow up
• Agrees and decided on all budgets, costs, expenditures, price structures, working capital management
• Reviews / controls / agrees with team annual business plans and issuing sales forecasts
• Conducts with brand managers brand reviews and controls / advises / finalizes marketing plans
• Monitors marketing strategies and plans execution
• Reviews and approve annual marketing plans and related budgets.
• Initiates and maintains privileged contact with Key decision makers at Key customers and in the trade
• Conducts regular market visits and keeps abreast of trade developments and trends
• Monitors Sales managers and sales force field work by regularly being on the market.
• Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers, providing through the team or directly regular feedback on the business results competitive actions and other required information
• Accountable for the implementation of agreed plans and strategies per brand with supplier

• Dual Nationality is a must
• Willingness to travel monthly for 15 days to Libya
• BA is a must. MBA is a plus
