MAXIMUS in partnership with Noryan are looking for experienced people to manage a brand new government contract. MAXIMUS are the number one provider of employment services to governments – entering the Saudi Arabian market for the first time. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for ensuring that our Saudi Arabian projects meet the high standards set in our projects around the world.

The key elements of the job include managing a team of people who are dedicated to helping Saudi nationals enter the workforce, on behalf of our Government client. You will be part of a global company who is a leader in this field internationally, running the first program of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others, able and willing to work with customers in a professional, committed and action-orientated way – then we want you.

The specific tasks a Business Manager would undertake include:
• Recruit, develop and managing a team of up to 30 staff, as a part of the key leadership of the company;
• Having responsibility for profit and loss and other targets for your site;
• Liaising with external stakeholders including the private sector and government agencies;
• Close management of contractual KPIs to ensure we succeed all standards put to us by the Government client;
• Understand, maintain and use MI to improve our performance;
• Generally to ensure that our high standards are maintained across all operations at your site.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have several years of management experience;
• Formal professional qualifications or extensive experience in lieu;
• Evidence of working in a target driven environment;
• Excellent communication, financial and analytical skills;
• Ideally bi-lingual candidates (English / Arabic)
