Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To act as the strategic business partner within the assigned business domain, by participating in managing HR processes (recruitment, training, PM, ER…etc.) to ensure that HR decisions and practices are consistently matching with business objectives. Design and leads specific HR projects within both Zain & Partners HRBP governance model

* Act on behalf of HR to ensure that business partners ( Zainers & outsource) are implementing the HR Governance model properly at all times including:- Manpower planning execution ( control)- Recruitment according to Zain standards (Interviews & selection )- Performance management system ( Training - development, & evaluation)- Employee relation (work environment, disciplinary, hearing sessions etc.)

Acting as a strategic HR business partner

* Ensure efficient staff cost and report any related findings.
* Liaise between business partners (Zainers) and other department as facilities and security to ensure that employee has best and safest working environment.
* Provide advice to managers and support to employees.
* Act as a social regulator.
* Act as a role model for all employees.
* HR business plan is respected (time and costs).
* Senior business partners satisfaction.
* Support HR transformation at all times.
* Ensure that all HRD strategic plan are implemented with the assigned business domain.

Employees engagement

* Collects information about the moral and the motivation of the employees through formal and informal ways to feedback the top management and recommend corrective actions.
* Reports and feedback is regular and accurate.
* Recommendations are approved and implemented.
* Engagement survey results.

Outsource engagement progress

* Enhance related process and practices.
* Manage the on-line tool.
* Conduct the surveys from 2-3 times on yearly biases or when business arises.
* Support other departments upon request to ensure on-line tool readiness according to the agreed on process with corporate communication and the concerned department.

Business Reports

* Review all business partners (outsource) monthly KPIs to ensure its accuracy.
* Monitor Parthers' HR performance and reports any related gabs to the Department Head.
* Consolidating the monthly HRBP- KPIs , review it and send it to the Department Head according to the agreed deadlines.
* Review, validate and approve all received administration requests according to SLAs.

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in HR, commerce or relevant.
* Master in Human Resources Management is preferable
* 5-8 years of experience in commercial as sales or customers service preferred.
* 4-5 experience in supervisory/managerial position.
* 4 years of experience as HR generalist is preferred.
* Creativity, a wealth of general knowledge and business background.Strategic thinking with successful planning according to multinational measures.
* Advanced presentation skills.
* Excellent Command of English Language.
* Advanced PC skills ( MS office, Visio, PM, awareness of sales and customers service systems).
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Strong communication (written and spoken) and influencing skills.
* Advanced persuasive and Negotiation skills.
* An intuitive understanding of human needs and human behavior.
* Excellent ability to understand business strategies.
* Abilities to work with others at all levels.
* Self-motivated and pro-active.
* Project management skills.
* Knowledge in the Saudi Labor Law.
